Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Bars

Ingredients
  • 2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 10 1/2 oz bags mini marshmallows
  • 8 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
  1. Spray a 9 x 13'' pan with non-stick spray. Set aside
  2. Put peanut butter, chocolate and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Melt together, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows and heat until they melt into the mixture, stirring frequently. 
  3. Pour Rice Krispies into a large mixing bowl. Pour peanut butter and chocolate mixture over cereal. Mix until combined. 
  4. Spread mixture into prepared pan and smooth out.
  5. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or until firm. 
  6. Store in an airtight container in a cool place or in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
