Stir-Fried Duck Ramen
Recipe,
INGREDIENTS
1 portion instant ramen noodles
Leftover shredded Peking duck
1 sliced spring onion
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Chilli oil to taste
STEPS
Boil a small pan of water and cook the instant noodles as per packet instructions with its flavour contents. Drain the liquid.
Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and fry off with Peking duck, spring onions and teriyaki.
Add chilli oil to taste.
